Career choices made with clarity lead to futures built with confidence.

I was a carefree Psychology (Hons.) student at Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi, when I took up an internship with a renowned career counselling firm in Delhi during my third year. What began as an opportunity to gain experience soon became a turning point in my life.

As I started interacting with students and helping them navigate their questions, aspirations, and career choices, I discovered a deep sense of purpose. There was something incredibly fulfilling about empowering young minds to make informed decisions about their futures. Within a few months, I was offered a full-time role by the same organisation—a decision I accepted without hesitation.

That was the moment I realised that career counselling wasn't just a profession for me; it was my calling. There has been no looking back since.

Over the last decade, I have had the privilege of working with more than 5,000 students across schools and colleges, guiding them through career exploration, stream selection, college admissions, and long-term career planning. My greatest reward has always been the confidence students gain when they discover a path that truly aligns with their interests, strengths, and aspirations.

Today, I continue to be driven by the same purpose that inspired me during that internship—to help every student make well-informed career decisions and build a future they can look forward to with confidence.
